Join us for shop rides! Mon-Thursday mornings about 7:30am-9:30am mountain or road / call the shop for details. A warning to all riders; these morning rides are sometimes used for race training rides. Being dropped is a right of passage.

The Bluegrass State Games are just around the corner. July has 3 cycling events this year!
#1 The mountain bike event in Frankfort's Capital View Park.
#2 and 3 / Road race and time trial in Lexington.
Cyclist are starting to make an impact.
Corn Hole is also an event this year also. It may not be a sport but it is still a game in KY.
Alley Cat races have spread to the Capital City.
Monthly Alley Cat's ( weather permitting).
Next event is June ? Starts at 7pm. Meet at Buddy's in downtown Frankfort. Registration starts @ 6:30. Special event this time ( details to be found at area web sites).

Frankfort area road rides. March-October. Weekly shop rides ( road bikes) on Thursdays ( 6pm April-Sept.). We will be riding about 1 1/2 hours or 30 miles or so. Leaving from Capital City Cycles (c rides). A/B rides locations vary monthly.
